I would not necessarily describe how she comes off as "sultry". I encourage you to read the body of her canon as those are barely the surface to the iceberg that is Poison Ivy.

The brackets are not the problem and describing yourself as "a huge bitch" is also not helpful. Being a bitch is not something to be proud of. I understand that you are a younger player at C&C but the game is largely composed of players over 21 that are mature and handle their opinions maturely. I think if you cannot do that then you need to learn to at least bite your tongue. Tact is not a useless skill.

Your ability to be IC also does not factor in the brackets so I would hope that you would not focus on that part of my comment. With that in mind, Ivy would very doubtfully agree to be part of the HABIT's plot with or without knowing his agenda, she would not go to a party thrown by characters she doesn't know or care about (her thread with the Riddler (http://capeandcowllogs.dreamwidth.org/2099365.html?thread=83726757#cmt83726757) came off as very flat and uninterested, as if you go on auto-pilot with bitchy and are not actually paying attention to the tags you are receiving), and this post in particular (http://capeandcowl.dreamwidth.org/3919654.html) reads of some sort of grudge wank. As far as I am aware, you did not ask any of the players of magical characters in the game for permission to do this and there is no reason for her to attack this ICly and not other things. It reeks of some sort of grudge wank.

I do not know what you mean by the previous anon suggesting that you "smother Mitch", as I have not seen any direct interaction with Mitch and Ivy aside from one of your first logs. I have seen you in Jill's plurks and it is uncomfortable to watch how invested you are for whatever reason in the City Hall cast.

To summarize, I would caution you to not have CR with characters just to have CR with them. It seems like you are just throwing her all over randomly whether it would be IC or not for her to talk to these people. Just because Eddie knows them doesn't mean she should even though she has a habit of getting in his business. The Riddler is a staple of C&C and nothing she can say or do will change the minds of those surrounding him, especially when she is an established villain in the game based on prior incarnations and 4th wall knowledge. I will give you the benefit of the doubt because I know it can be tough for a new player at a game, but there is plenty of villain CR to be had at C&C.

I seriously love Norrington, and honestly, your playing him in Ink City really makes me want to play the Sam & Max games as soon as I have like...free time to play video games again. X3 I'm not sure what your plans are for him in the game still, but I know I'd still be up for the Kratts getting to have a proper tour of the museum someday with him.

Also, all of your WiR muse posts on d_m are making me really want to go see the movie in theaters.

The City Hall cast is neat and I like reading their interactions. That's really all there is to it. I've spoken with the involved parties and they've said I'm just fine, but being on the outside looking in can give you a different perspective, I know.

I don't really see why my age is relevant to anything; I'm 19, almost 20, not 10 years old. Older players even tend to be wankers more often than younger players, as showcased by cnc's past, actually. Age has nothing to do with how awful a person you are, and I don't consider myself an awful person. Just a bitch.

Pam really doesn't fucking like Eddie; it's safe to say that he's third on the list, behind Joker and Woodrue, of men she hates. She's not above brainwashing him or beating the shit out of him and leaving him to die, so why would she be above planting seeds of doubt in the hopes of upturning the happy little life Eddie is so smugly proud of?

And speaking of that one post you mentioned, about magic, it was grudgewank-- but IC grudgewank. She had just been turned into a child by not only a boy, but a boy under the care of Zantanna, who isn't exactly her BFF at her current canon point. Grudgewank is kind of what Ivy does; she's bitter and hateful, and held back by the trauma Woodrue put her through. It doesn't bleed over OOC; I love all the characters I insult ICly.

Also, the inspiration for Ivy's voice and looks canonly come from Bettie Page, a very famous pin-up model and early Playmate back in the 50s. If there's a better word for that than "sultry," I can't think of it.

See my favourite Bruce is probably around the Knightfall era - Azrael Rising (I think that's what that arc was called) afterwards where Bruce actually found Azrael and apologized for being a tool/abandoning him after Knight's End/etc is one of my favourite moments for Bruce because he doesn't own up to the douchebaggery he pulls anywhere near often enough for my liking.

I loved her in the Superbat stuff negl. Then again I love (most of) the Superbat run in general because Clark and Bruce are my forever brotp. And eee that would be lovely you're fabulous. <33

You really seriously SHOULD play the Sam & Max games, they're so incredibly funny and well-written with fantastic characters and stories.

i think a lot of eras have very similar moments, it's just that no one ever keeps up with it. i will never not recommend gotham county line for similar reason (+ hampton art and some of my favorite writing and the usual magic losers poppin' in...). idk if you've read it so i won't spoil, but i think it's really touching and i wish it was permacanon. :(

yes i think that while there was some weird stuff in that series, a lot of it was really solid (i love the movie issue where they're joking about the actors that are playing them sfm) and regarding zee, i really love the light-hearted banter with her and bruce. it was cute. while i don't actively ship it, i can't help but be pulled by adorable... but yeah slow slow sloowwwwwww. i work in retail, so it's just becoming Hell Time. :')

I know you get worried about your tagging speed and that you aren't around enough and don't have all the omg cr ever but for me, tagging with you and having cr with you is always worth it. Even though you can't tag a lot, when you do it always feels heartfelt and it's always something that is fun to respond to and that counts for a lot in my book.

My only crit is I would LOVE to see your characters get out more - like Kaylee with the movie night was SUCH a good idea!

Haha, yeah, it's. Beyond daunting. When people complain about not seeing more of the Trinity I always think that it's almost selfish to do so. It's a difficult task and a lot of people don't go into it with just having read the minimal. They at least want to try to finish main storylines and I appreciate them for that. :[

Man, I need to re-read it now. I really wish people would ICly bring up stuff like that, but it sometimes feels like a lot of people only read what their character is in. I think you have to read at least some of the main titles of the universe or skim them to really play them right. But yes, dat banter. Yes! Although we don't talk as much as we used to, but I fear that's due to my laziness -- er, less time online and lack of desire to mess around like I used to -- and inability to speak Marvel at all. She's a peach and probably the best Damian I ever done see.
