I would not necessarily describe how she comes off as "sultry". I encourage you to read the body of her canon as those are barely the surface to the iceberg that is Poison Ivy.
The brackets are not the problem and describing yourself as "a huge bitch" is also not helpful. Being a bitch is not something to be proud of. I understand that you are a younger player at C&C but the game is largely composed of players over 21 that are mature and handle their opinions maturely. I think if you cannot do that then you need to learn to at least bite your tongue. Tact is not a useless skill.
Your ability to be IC also does not factor in the brackets so I would hope that you would not focus on that part of my comment. As far as I am aware, you did not ask any of the players of magical characters in the game for permission to do this and there is no reason for her to attack this ICly and not other things. I do not know what you mean by the previous anon suggesting that you "smother Mitch", as I have not seen any direct interaction with Mitch and Ivy aside from one of your first logs. I have seen you in Jill's plurks and it is uncomfortable to watch how invested you are for whatever reason in the City Hall cast.
To summarize, I would caution you to not have CR with characters just to have CR with them. It seems like you are just throwing her all over randomly whether it would be IC or not for her to talk to these people. Just because Eddie knows them doesn't mean she should even though she has a habit of getting in his business. The Riddler is a staple of C&C and nothing she can say or do will change the minds of those surrounding him, especially when she is an established villain in the game based on prior incarnations and 4th wall knowledge. I will give you the benefit of the doubt because I know it can be tough for a new player at a game, but there is plenty of villain CR to be had at C&C.
