I actually don't have any constructive criticism for you, but I really have to commend you on your Shijima. I know you worry terribly about her, but she really does shine. She's got the right balance of her traits and she's observational in all the ways you'd expect Shijima to be. In my honest opinion, you have absolutely nothing to worry about.
