I really enjoy having a Greed around, and yours is lovely. Having him be from the 2003 anime makes for some really interesting mix-ups, and I'm enjoying the canon mash a lot.

Clarke is absolutely wonderful and I always want more threads with you. She's so much fun to bounce off and, even if I'm mostly canonblind, she has such a distinct voice that it's impossible not to love her.

So, playing with your Joel has been an absolute pleasure since day one. You have such an amazing handle on his voice and his mannerisms-- I'm insanely envious of the way you write his body language. And given that Joel isn't too much of a talker, body language is a huge part of playing him. Characters that internalize everything and don't find much interest in talking or conversations as a whole can very easily fall to the wayside. People lose interest in playing with you, you lose interest in playing, etc... I do not see that happening EVER with Joel.

You do enough with him where your tags have something interesting going on and it's easy to work off of. I really, REALLY enjoy our logs. Your writing style is incredible and your careful decisions with his dialogue always, always work out.

Joel is not an easy person to understand or play. You're not afraid to let his selfishness show, and you're certainly not afraid to let out that part of him that will always be a dad. There's an incredible balance between his frustrating stubbornness and the softness that he's gradually developed over time in MoM. Seriously, do not worry so much about how much nicer Joel has become, because the way he's developed into that demeanor is completely organic.

And our dynamic is fucking great. I really enjoy plotting with you and working with you because you always have fresh ideas and fun ideas. I'm so fucking happy to have a cast mate who cares as much about their character as I do about mine, because we fucking shine together in our logs. Legit. Like diamonds.

I would not be able to handle Joel's complexities the way you do. That man's head is a place that I can't find the patience to get into but you handle every little part of his mentality/thought process perfectly. Please do not stop playing Joel, because he's amazing.

God, you are such a great friend. I seriously look forward to chatting with you every day, so it totally sucks that you live in the distant future in Aussie land, but the wait's always worth it. You and I have a lot of similar opinions and interests so finding something to talk about takes minimal effort. You are such a joy to talk to because you're intelligent, funny, and just an overall great fucking person.

Definitely glad I met you. So strange how we both reserved at MoM without any knowledge of one another and then BOOM, friendship.

Ellana is such a fun character to play off, and I've enjoyed our CR so far. She seems really competent and like she'll be a great asset to the organisation and clue gathering teams when she finds her feet in this crazy snowhell.

i know we really haven't played much, but i really really adore your hannibal. i love absolutely everything you do with him, right down to the meta in his tags and his interactions with others. you really always seem to have him down to the letter and i am always so impressed. he's such a difficult character to wholly embrace, especially with how downright awful he is as a person. you just really own it and ahhhhhh.

I am so SO glad that you didn't go 'ew no' when I enabled your butt to come and play idiot Elrics with me. You play such a fantastic Ed, and I can hear his voice in all your tags, whether they're in game or in our PSL stuff. I am walking on air with happiness to have an Ed, and that you're so perfectly IC just makes me fifty times as happy.

On an OOC note, you are a sweetheart and so patient for putting up with my constant delight over Elrics and gushing over the canon.

you are absolutely amazing, noey. i have no idea where i'd be without you as an rp partner. your tags always make my entire face light up whenever i see them in my inbox? you're so invested in your characters and that is just absolutely amazing to me. you always stay true to things they would/wouldn't do, even if it means a less than savory outcome for cr.

imo, staying true to the character is always such a trop priority and you do it so gracefully and effortlessly.

also staying on top of plotting is really the thing i admire you most for. i wish i could be that way!! ♥
