"i want to read graceling" is honestly the biggest and most flattering compliment anyone could give me regarding playing katsa and wow, thank you so much! i hope that if you do you love it!!! katsa is a character i absolutely adore and that has very much to do with her flaws—so even though she is at her heart a character i think is super amazing wonderful and flawfree to water down any of those faults would be a disservice to her character. i'm so glad this is coming through!

also man i love zuko and i can hear him when i tag with you and i love that so so much so you're stuck with me :T katsa may not be able to firebend herself any more but believe me when i say she'll still be pestering him for things that she can learn from zuko. i think the two of them are similar in a lot of ways and that connection can take them really far, so i'm definitely looking forward to building that cr with you all the way! c: (i'm always happy to be hogged ♥ )

i have been desperate for good book recs so i can sit in my warm bed this winter! i just have to get off my lazy behind and see if i can grab them, but you really have! katsa is one of my favourites in the game -- because of your enthusiasm for her and i just really love how you write her - so!! when i finally get my hands on graceling, it's going to be your fault 110%! but i just wanted to let you know that i really like that you're not glossing over her flaws at all, because i think it's very easy to do it in fear of ic consequences, but you write katsa as if she thrives on that -- or you do, making it more interesting and easy for me to invest in how she's going to get jailed next time! not a lot of people like consequences so to see someone just go "well, i want her to break into the citadel and i want the consequences to help her grow" is pretty motivational and inspirational for someone who has those types of characters that would do idiotic stuff like that.

thank you so much! when you showed me that excerpt about i think it was her father? it was someone of power essentially being her ozai, i was like "my initial feelings on them WAS RIGHT!" i really like their chemistry a lot and i feel like katsa can teach zuko a lot that he may have glossed over during his banishment or doesn't believe he has in himself. it's just enjoyable to write off of a character i don't know because you've really helped me understand katsa by 1) not assuming i know her and 2) just writing a hell of a lot of introspection that i love reading! so thank you for taking me up on that first time i tagged our first po because i do not regret it at all even though i will say forever after this comment i do. ♥
