Okay so this is entirely based on what you've told me and I haven't seen the development behind it, so feel free to 'splain ('cause that's partly why I'm bringing it up, since I've found it's better to say something and get an explanation than just let it sit around and fester in a swamp of assumptions).

It seems that your Link is too easily influenced by other people?

You talk a lot about how he's been enabled to do things--like drinking--by his friends, but, and this might boil down to interpretation, I don't see him being that easily swayed, especially not into habits that are unhealthy for him. It's like how you pointed out my app was very "beginning of the game" Zelda; I feel like that's more of a beginning-of-the-game Link rather than the Link at the end of the game. He'd have a stronger sense of self, I think--

I think what I'm trying to say is, he'd be more disciplined and have a stronger sense of self that doesn't rely so much on what other people encourage him to do.

Your Link voice is great otherwise, but I guess I'd just like to see more of that strong, confident person he was at the end of the game.
