Let's ignore your pacing issues at the moment. I may be a little harsher because you know I care.
The biggest thing I've seen is that a lot of your characters are very consistent, but... also don't appear that compelling unless you take the effort to dig for them. I haven't seen how you work with Leon (though that app had more than its share of headcanon) but he, much like Peacock at Route, could be a way to buck the trend.
At the same time, I have the fear that he'll end up just like Peacock - where you become so afraid of messing up his voice that you don't attempt to play him. You really need to reach out and, quite honestly, not be afraid of just playing what you feel is right. Otherwise, you'll end up unwilling to play the strong voices and end up with more muses like Shiro, who don't actually seem to HAVE much character unless you put effort into digging for it.
