To be honest even if you say it's just Vat crit, this has been a problem in both games, less so Exsil now that I'm less busy with moving and work stuff. July was a lot more hectic than I wanted it to be. A lot of it's my fault too, since I've mostly just been participating in what pops up on my timelines... which is not helpful when I don't have many plurk friends and most of those are only castmates.

Vat's feeling the worst of it though I think. It's less an issue of not feeling like Feferi would or should be involved, I actually wholeheartedly agree with that, so much as I kind of feel a little lost sometimes. Like I don't even know where to start? Like I would have liked to get involved with this past event, but I never played Okami. I did put some feelers out there (a few tags, some posts I saved to tag later today, and some comments on the CR meme) but for the most part I'm a little worried about stepping on toes OOCly trying to get involved in other people's plots? Or just getting information wrong.

If there's anywhere specific anon knows of where I might be able to get involved, I would really appreciate it. I know it's not yours or anyone else's burden, but I'd love any help or advice you feel like providing. My private HMD is always open and SHOULD be screened/no IP/etc. if you'd rather continue there. (Sorry that it wasn't IP disabled before, I swear I thought I fixed that but apparently not. It should be now, but please let me know here if I messed it up?)

Not a problem! I only mentioned it because I wanted to leave this there when the post went up but lol insecurity at having to do it logged in.

I think you might actually have misunderstood me. I wasn't saying 'wow why is your character freaking out when blood is raining from the sky', I was just curious as to why the reaction was so prolonged and PTSD-like (all of the prolonged panic attacks and fallout and whatnot).

I'm not trying to be the headcanon police either! Headcanon is 99% of rp, when it comes down to it. I just feel like it shouldn't overwrite canon, when it is offered, which was why I was confused over the extreme negative reaction to blood, when canonically Hanna seems to be just fine with it in the comic.

However, I didn't take into account that he was probably having bad dreams? And I haven't looked at a lot of the official art (actually I don't think I've looked at any, come to think of it), so I had no idea about his parents. Thank you for pointing that out to me! It makes a little more sense now.

Don't take this the wrong way either. I do love your Hanna, and I think he's a fun, bright character in a game that could use a little more cheer! He should get together with Kida sometime and troll everyone
