We haven't always been close. We haven't always been rp partners. But the fact that we have both put some time and effort into opening the door for each other both in and out of RP has been one of the best decisions in my life.

Playing with you was so intimidating back in the day. You were so FAST and I was so... not, but now that I'm in a better place to keep up (or maybe that I'm more okay with embracing my tagging speed, haha), I am jumping at every chance to play with you. Games, memes, open rp posts... I WANT EVERYTHING. Your Buffy is bangarang. Your Damon makes my skin crawl... in a good way? I haven't played with Ruby for a very long time, but what I remember of her, she was amazing too. Look, what I'm saying is that you're a beautiful writer.

I would also like to take a second to just gush over the fact that you are perfect about ending threads naturally, rather than letting them drift into oblivion. It makes me happy to know that when we start something, it won't just dwindle. One of us will make the decision to end it in a way that makes sense.

As a friend, you've been wonderful to me. We've both gone through moderately similar issues in our social circles, things beyond our control... and even though my case wasn't quite on the same level, in my opinion, you were so great and supportive. It means a lot to me.

but oh god alli why do we have all the same feels. i just. getting closer to you and choosing to put some effort in to go from casual acquaintances to friends and rp partners has been so wonderful and i am just so glad we've done it because i can't even express how happy i am to be a part of your life.

and yessss this is something i really really love about playing with you is that i never have to worry about like oh maybe she wants to keep this thread going into oblivion maybe i should not end it maybe she will think i am just blowing her off bc i know we both like to wrap things up neatly and not go on forever so it's just so much more COMFORTABLE to thread with you because of that. bc there's no like awkward question of obligation or w/e there's just yep we are on the same page always. it's a really really good feeling.

and as sorry as i am that we went through that stuff, i'm glad we had each other to go through it with. it makes the bad much much much more deal-able to know there's a kindred spirit there to help you through. and i'm glad i could be that for you and i'm endlessly grateful that you were there for me. and i love you lots basically.
